Patient's Guide

With our approach, you can expect:

  1. Improved outcomes and in some cases avoid the need for surgery.
  2. Reduced downtime and quicker return to activity and your normal lifestyle.
  3. A comfortable and professional patient experience

The Evaluation Process:

After completing a comprehensive hands-on evaluation and proper evaluation with Standard radiographs and possibly a diagnostic ultrasound evaluation and/or MRI a proper diagnosis can be obtained.

In certain patients with conditions involving cartilage, tendons, and ligaments – these tissues have a limited capacity for repair and self-healing. Dr. DiNucci will create an individualized plan, which may integrate the healing properties in your blood (PRP-platelet-rich plasma) or utilize Amniotic proteins and nutrients. The regenerative medicine treatments to the damaged tissue are delivered under ultrasound guidance to be assured of exact placement.

The goal of these Treatments:

The goal of these treatments is to enhance the healing process if recovery milestones are not being met or there has been a plateau in the healing process from standard treatments or possibly surgery. These treatments are generally followed by a customized rehabilitation and exercise program to maximize results and restore function.

Regenerative Therapy Common Questions:

Q: What are the risks of these treatments?

A: There are very few risks involved. You may be sore for a few days after the procedure. Infection is a possibility but is almost unheard of after these procedures.

Q: How many treatments will I require and how often will I receive them?

A: Utilizing Regenerative treatment, we will tailor the number of treatments to each patient individually. Some patients need only ONE treatment, others may require a small series of successive treatments to achieve the desired result.

Patient Testimonials:

The injections have allowed me to avoid surgery. The pain has reduced extensively and the constant swelling has completely gone away. This has improved my quality of life with reduced pain. This past weekend my son was married and I wore heels the entire time! Thank you to the DiNucci team!

Recently, I received three regenerative medicine treatments to repair both a perineal tendon injury and a torn ligament on the outside of my right foot. With each treatment, the progress was impressive. Complimented by physical therapy and better shoes and inserts, I have fully recovered to pain-free movement in all my very active daily and gym routines. I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone with similar injuries. It’s quick, nearly painless, and with no real downtime. Thank you, Dr. DiNucci & Staff for helping me get moving again!

The treatments have helped me tremendously. In addition to reducing the size of the fibroma (plantar), they have made the everyday pain I was living with nearly non-existent. I am able to participate in all the activities I was not able to prior to the treatments. Thank you, for all your care and treatments!
