Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Rebecca Varney is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon dedicated to keeping her patients active, healthy, and on their feet. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University. She completed her foot and ankle surgery residency at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Virginia, then moved to Arizona to pursue an advanced fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction at the CORE Institute. Her fellowship emphasized total ankle replacement, deformity correction, trauma, and sports-related injuries.
She believes that great care starts with truly listening to patients, understanding their goals, and working together as a team to develop an individualized treatment plan that fits their lifestyle.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Varney enjoys hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, golfing, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in search of the perfect meal.
